libebml4 software package provides access library for the EBML format (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libebml4
libebml4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libebml4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libebml4 *
You will get with libebml4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
